Tokma may collect and process payment-related information when users book services, post marketplace requests, request rides, accept provider offers, or complete transactions through the platform.
Payment-related information may include:
Tokma may use third-party payment processors, merchant service providers, banks, gateways, card networks, ACH providers, wallet providers, fraud-prevention tools, or payout partners to process payments and provider payouts.
Tokma does not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data unless permitted and handled through a compliant payment provider. Payment information is processed through approved payment service providers according to their security and compliance standards.

When a user books a service through Tokma, the user may pay through a card or another supported payment method. The payment may be authorized or collected at the time of booking. When a user posts a job or custom service request, Tokma may authorize an amount related to the expected service value. Providers may receive notifications and submit offers. The user can review and accept an offer. Once the user accepts an offer, the payment may be captured, adjusted, or processed based on the accepted amount and applicable payment provider rules.
For ride-sharing services, Tokma may authorize the estimated ride amount when the user requests a ride. Once a driver accepts and the ride is completed, Tokma may process the final fare based on distance, time, route, waiting time, dynamic pricing, applicable fees, or other ride-related charges.
